Shipment and payments
You can pay for your orders by an options below:
- Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards or express online money transfer by TPay – system which makes transfers in the real time, so we can start proccessing your order faster.
- Classic bank transfer. Account number: 40 1050 1445 1000 0092 3361 1491 (Bank ING S.A); recipient: „Decided Ewa Surman, os. Spółdzielcze 7/48, 31-943 Kraków”; transfer title: your order ID. All bank details will be sent by email too.
- Cash on delivery
Orders are fulfilling up to 2 working days from the moment of booking your payment in our system. In case of payment on the collection, orders will be processed from the moment of confirm that the order is accepted to realization. Most of our assortment is always in the stockroom, so there’s a possibility that your order will be delivered sooner and we always do our best to do that however we prefer to do a nice surprise than not nice disappointment. Shipment time depends on delivery option you chose.
Changes in an order:
You’ve got a time to make changes in your order ‘til your package isn’t sent. In case of changes in your order, please contact us by phone: +48 690 810 340 on working days from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm or by email: email@example.com.
Options and delivery’s conditions:
You can chose options below:
- Paczkomaty InPost – shipment takes up to 2 working days. Costs: PayU and online payments: PLN13 gross or PLN18 gross cash on delivery. (Poland only)
- FedEx – shipment takes 1 working day. Costs: PayU and online payments: PLN18 gross or PLN23 gross cash on delivery (cash only, credit and debit cards not available) (Poland only)
Declared shipment times are valid only if an order is placed on working day until 1pm. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Christmas Day will be processed the next working day.
